NextGen Equine does NOT accept international orders through our website, but you can contact us direct to place an order!
NextGen Equine currently offers shipping for products purchased from us to the following countries (as amended from time to time): New Zealand, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan. International shipping is a growing part of our business and we will continue to review other countries where our customers may be located. If your country is not listed please let us know as we still may be able to assist you.
International shipping to the countries listed above is:
- subject to individual postage quotation for order totals up to AUD$300.
- free for orders of AUD$300 and over.
How to Order
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com with details of the products you wish to purchase, don't forget to include quantity and sizes, colours, etc where applicable.
- NextGen Equine will e-mail you a Quotation/Invoice for your order.
- To complete your purchase click on the direct links to pay securely online via PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- All quotations are only valid for seven (7) days from issue date.
Products Excluded From International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not send liquid products internationally due to the risk of being damaged in transit.This includes most shampoos, conditioners and horse make up products. If you are not sure about an item, please send us a message.
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD$). All prices show on this website include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST is not charged on international orders. The price excluding GST will be reflected on the Quotation/Invoice you receive.

We use Australia Post to ship products purchased. For further information about delivery to your location, please visit the Australia Post website.We will send you an email confirmation once your product has been dispatched. If you have any difficulties with receiving your delivery please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You should allow between 10 to 20 business days for your purchase to arrive once your product has been dispatched. Products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed on this website. Please note that these times are provided as a guide only and it could take longer during peak or holiday periods. As we are utilising the services of a third party (Australia Post) to deliver our products we have no control over delivery times and international shipments can be subject to various delays that are outside of our control (such as carrier or shipping delays, weather, customs, etc).
