Due to recent changes in import tariff requirements under US Executive Order 14324, and following advice from Australia Post, we have temporarily suspended all postage to the United States.
Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators in suspending certain postal services to the USA and Puerto Rico, effective immediately and until further notice. This action has been taken to ensure full compliance with new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, which now require all duties and taxes to be prepaid on shipments before they arrive in the USA.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to resume services as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
