Reduce, Reuse and Recycle
All of our orders are hand packed with the highest priority to ensure your purchases are protected on their journey to you (some post office facilities can be brutal on packages). In doing this, our packaging is plain and with the environment in mind, where possible we reuse and recycle packaging. Once you receive your goodies we encourage you to reuse or recycle parcel/product packaging where you can. That way we are all helping out in a small way towards a sustainable future.
Shipping (within Australia)
NextGen Equine ships all orders within Australia via Australia Post. Our postage rates are now aligned to parcel size, rather than a single flat rate, to better reflect actual shipping costs across our wide range of products.
Standard Large Letter (Untracked)
For small, lightweight items, we offer Standard Large Letter options:
Standard Large Letter: $3.40
Priority Large Letter: $4.40
These items are sent in a padded, letter-sized envelope to ensure they arrive safely. Please note that tracking is not provided by Australia Post for Large Letter services. Product size and quantity limits apply and are detailed in the relevant product descriptions. If you do prefer to utilise a tracking number Parcel Post and Express Post options will also appear at check out.
Parcel Post Rates (Standard)
Standard parcel postage rates are based on parcel size:
Extra Small: $10.95
Small: $12.95
Medium: $14.95
Large: $16.95
Available postage options will automatically appear at checkout depending on the items in your order.
Free & Express Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $250 AUD or more (single transaction).
Express Post options are available at Australia Post carrier rates and can be selected at checkout.
Our aim is to keep postage as affordable as possible while remaining fair and transparent. While Australia Post rates have continued to increase over recent years, we continue absorb a portion of these costs as part of our commitment to our customers.
Please note that saddle pads may be folded for shipping.

Orders up to $500.00 AUD - Australia Post market rate Standard and Express options will appear at checkout.
Standard: Tracking includes e-mail and SMS notifications where a valid e-mail and/or mobile/cell phone number is provided.
Express: Tracking includes e-mail and SMS notifications where a valid e-mail and/or mobile/cell phone number is provided.Signature required upon delivery.
Orders over $500 AUD receive FREE Standard shipping which includes end to end parcel tracking.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
Delivery Method
We use Australia Post to ship products purchased. For further information about delivery to your location, please visit the Australia Post website.We will send you an email confirmation once your product has been dispatched. Delivery Times
You should allow between 10 to 20 business days for your purchase to arrive once your product has been dispatched. Products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed on this website. Please note that these times are provided as a guide only and it could take longer during peak or holiday periods. As we are utilising the services of a third party (Australia Post) to deliver our products we have no control over delivery times and international shipments can be subject to various delays that are outside of our control (such as carrier or shipping delays, weather, customs, etc).
