All of our orders are hand packed with the highest priority to ensure your purchases are protected on their journey to you (some post office facilities can be brutal on packages). In doing this, our packaging is plain and with the environment in mind, where possible we reuse and recycle packaging. Once you receive your goodies we encourage you to reuse or recycle parcel/product packaging where you can. That way we are all helping out in a small way towards a sustainable future.
Australia Wide Shipping
NextGen Equine deliver products using Australia Post. The shipping rate for purchases in a single transaction with a total value of up to $124.99 are charged at a flat rate of $8.90 and will be added to the order total before checkout. Free shipping applies for purchases in a single transaction with a total value of $125.00 or more.
If you need an item for an upcoming competition we can Express Post at a small extra cost, please contact us.
All orders are shipped from Waratah, New South Wales, 2298, AUSTRALIA.
Please Note: All transactions are processed in (AUD) Australian Dollars. We offer an international currency guide on our website for international countries that we ship to. This is to be used as a guide only, all purchases are charged in (AUD) Australian Dollars.
International orders are not available via our website checkout, please contact us direct for a postage quotation.
NextGen Equine currently offers shipping to the following countries (as amended from time to time): New Zealand, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. If your country is not listed please let us know as we still may be able to assist you.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

We use Australia Post to ship products purchased. For further information about delivery to your location, please visit the Australia Post website.We will send you an email confirmation once your product has been dispatched. You should allow between 10 to 20 business days for your purchase to arrive once your product has been dispatched. Products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed on this website. Please note that these times are provided as a guide only and it could take longer during peak or holiday periods. As we are utilising the services of a third party (Australia Post) to deliver our products we have no control over delivery times and international shipments can be subject to various delays that are outside of our control (such as carrier or shipping delays, weather, customs, etc).
